Halkbank Real Estate 360 Application (PROPEX - 360) Is Now in Use

Halkbank has deployed the PROPEX – 360° Real Estate Management Application to manage its real estate portfolio in a holistic and centralized structure.

PROPEX – 360° consolidates real estate records spread across different information systems within the bank onto a single platform, enabling integrated monitoring with data from the Land Registry and Cadastre Information System (TAKBİS). Within the scope of the application, ownership, encumbrance, holder, and property type information related to real estate assets are matched across systems; data inconsistencies and changes can be tracked centrally.

Through this structure, Halkbank has gained a digital infrastructure that can monitor all information related to its real estate assets from a single point, control data consistency, and manage operational processes more effectively.

The deployment of the PROPEX – 360° application has been a strategic step strengthening the bank's approach to data integrity, transparency, and centralized control in real estate management.

INVEXUS.AI is not a standard tool built on top of a ready-made artificial intelligence service; it is an artificial intelligence model trained specifically for the sector, developed with consideration for the unique needs of Turkey's real estate valuation industry. The model, trained with a dataset based on SPK Announcement (III-62.3), TUDES/UDS, Land and Property Laws and all relevant regulations, provides instant regulatory guidance, process support and ease of compliance with bank-specific criteria to valuation experts through thousands of validated question-answer pairs. The training process was conducted in local data centers equipped with NVIDIA GPU hardware, with no dependency on third-party cloud services at any stage.
